Hello, I’m Carolina.
It’s lovely to meet you.

I’m a Brazilian designer and communications specialist based in Sydney.

As the founder and creative director at AMORA, I collaborate with values-aligned organisations, leading communications strategies rooted in community connection and social change.

Blending research, strategy and facilitation, I have co-created innovative social enterprises, designed meaningful approaches to cause-based marketing and delivered culturally-sensitive workshops on holistic creativity and leadership.

I am proud that my work has impacted hundreds of folks who share a vision of the future fuelled by beautiful, creative, life-oriented possibilities.

est. 2013

Before starting AMORA in 2013, I spent a decade building my career in the corporate arena, designing, planning and implementing Marketing & Communications strategies internationally.

I hold a Bachelor of Marketing, specialising in Branding & Creative Business Strategy and I am currently pursuing a Master of Cultural Studies with The University of Sydney. I have also completed studies in Design for Sustainability & Regeneration and have been a curious explorer of depth psychology, cross-cultural mythology and Indigenous ways of knowing.

In my work and community, I am an advocate for diversity, reciprocity and cooperation; fascinated by how the teachings of Nature can support social innovation and belonging. My practice is marked by a deep understanding of how values-centred work ignite powerful collaboration and create environments where inspired visions can thrive.

“and you will find you have fallen in love with your own vision, which you may have never realised you had.” – Audre Lorde
